refund policy

Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the order delivery date for a full refund.

To initiate a refund, please send an e-mail to support@olvys.com with your order number and reason/s for refund. 

* If you wish to return the item, you are responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the courier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Unless the error is on our end (e.g., the item is defective, damaged, wrong item (variation) sent, etc.), we will make sure to organize and cover all the expenses related to returning the item. Therefore, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of delivery if any of the above mentioned issues are detected. This way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

REFUNDS 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the total refund amount does not include the shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
